ျမန္မာခရစ္ယာန္မိတ္သဟာယ အသင္းသူ/သားမ်ားနွင့္ မိတ္ေဆြမ်ား
 
Last Sunday:
Attendance last Sunday (May 1, 2011): 26  We had one special song in English (I knew it and was able to sing along, softly) and another special song sung twice, once in each language.  Our goal is to have a Burmese service with enough English so that everyone can know what is happening even if they can not
understand all the words.
လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့တစ္ပတ္ တနဂၤေႏြေန႔ ဝတ္ျပဳအစည္းေဝး တက္ေရာက္သူဦးေရ ၂၆
လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့အပတ္မွာ အဂၤလိပ္လိုေရာ ျမန္မာလိုေရာ ဂုဏ္ေတာ္ခ်ီးမြမ္းသီခ်င္း သီဆိုသူႏွစ္ေယာက္ရွိခဲ့ၿပီးေတာ့ တစ္ေယာက္ကေတာ့ တစ္ပုဒ္ကို ဘာသာႏွစ္မ်ိဳးႏွင့္သီဆိုသြားခဲ့ပါတယ္။
ဒါဟာဆိုရင္ အင္မတန္မွ ေကာင္းမြန္ပါတယ္။ ဘာလို႔လဲဆိုေတာ့ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ရဲ့ ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္ျဖစ္တဲ့ ျမန္မာအဂၤလိပ္ႏွစ္ဘာသာႏွင့္ အစည္းေဝးျပဳလုပ္ဖို႔၊ ဒီလိုလုပ္ေဆာင္ျခင္းအားျဖင့္
အားလံုးနားလည္နိုင္ဖို႔ ဆိုတာေတြေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

 

We had part one in our sermon series on the Christian and the Government.  We saw that governments are established by God.  And that when God allows an evil government we have two options, hide or oppose.  God will show us which one.  If we are part of a government we need to be fair, honest, and not abuse the power.
ေဒသနာကေတာ့ ခရစ္ယာန္ႏွင့္အစိုးရအေၾကာင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္သူ အစိုးရမ်ားဟာဆိုရင္ ဘုရားသခင္က အခြင့္အာဏာေပးထားတဲ့အတြက္ေၾကာင့္ အုပ္စိုးခြင့္ရတာျဖစ္တဲ့အေၾကာင္း၊ မင္းဆိုး၊ မင္းညစ္မ်ားေပၚလာတဲ့အခါမွာ ဘုရားသခင္က ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ကို ေရြးခ်ယ္ဖို႔ႏွစ္လမ္းေပးထားၿပီး၊ ပုန္းေရွာင္ရန္နွင့္ အတိုက္အခံျပဳရန္ဆိုတဲ့လမ္းေတြျဖစ္တဲ့အေၾကာင္း၊ ဘုရားသခင္ကိုယ္တိုင္ ဘယ္လမ္းလိုက္ရမည္ကိုျပေပးမယ္ဆိုတဲ့အေၾကာင္း၊ အစိုးရအလုပ္ လုပ္ကိုင္သူဟာ ရိုးသား၊မွ်သၿပီး
ဘုရားေပးထားတဲ့ အခြင့္အာဏာကို အလြဲမသံုးသင့္ေၾကာင္း စသည္တို႔ကို pastor Richard မွေဝငွခဲ့ပါတယ္။

 

We dedicated new offering bags and a song-book and shared communion.  It was good.
အလွဴေငြဖလားႏွင့္ ဓမၼေတးစာအုပ္အပ္ႏွံျခင္းႏွင့္ အလွဴရွင္အတြက္ ဆုေတာင္းေပးၿပီး၊ ပြဲေတာ္မဂၤလာ သံုးေဆာင္ျခင္းႏွင့္ အစည္းေဝးကိုရုပ္သိမ္းခဲ့ၾကပါတယ္။
 
This Sunday:  SERVICE TIME WILL BE 3:00 PM
ဒီတစ္ပတ္ ဝတ္ျပဳခ်ိန္ကို မြန္းလႊဲသံုးနာရီမွာ အစျပဳပါမယ္။

This is Mother's Day and our service will focus on the ladies, specially the mothers.
လာမယ့္ Sunday ကေတာ့ မိခင္မ်ားေန႔ျဖစ္တဲ့အေလ်ာက္ ေဒသနာေတာ္ကေတာ့ အမ်ိဳးသၼီးမ်ားႏွင့္ မိခင္မ်ားအေၾကာင္းျဖစ္ပါမယ္။
 
Looking Ahead:  

Piang told us about a call for a prayer day, Saturday, June 11.

Father's Day is June 19.

We are still trying to work out an outing or two for this summer.  Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM seems to be a good time.  Transportation seems to be a problem.  If you have any ideas share them with our leaders.

ဒီလာမယ့္ေႏြရာသီ outing အတြက္ ျဖစ္နိုင္မယ့္စေနေေန႔ မနက္ ၉နာရီမွ မြန္းလႊဲ ၃ နာရီ ဆိုရင္ေကာင္းမယ္လို႔ထင္ရပါတယ္။ သြားလာဖို႔ကားကျပသနာရွိမယ္လို႔လဲခန္႔မွန္းရတဲ့အတြက္
အႀကံညဏ္မ်ားေပးၾကဖို႔...ႏွင့္ စဥ္းစားဖို႔ျဖစ္ပါမယ္။
 
Prayer:  The godly person (Psalm 15:4) is one who does what he promises to do, even when it is hard.  Take a moment right now to ask God to make you that kind of person.
