ျမန္မာခရစ္ယာန္မိတ္သဟာယ အသင္းသူ/သားမ်ားနွင့္ မိတ္ေဆြမ်ား
 
Last Sunday:
Attendance last Sunday (July 31, 2011): 26.  

Wow!  What a great service of prayer and celebration.  We prayed for our church, for our brother whose father passed away in Myanmar, and for our folks with birthdays in June and July.  We also celebrated. 

Our Homiletics (preaching) class members ( Suan Suan, Do Man, Cing, Ciang, and San San ) each shared a brief message about a character in the Bible and

what that person's life tells us as Christians today.  We heard about King David, Noah, Joseph, Abraham, and Esther.  I did not preach at all, they did so well.  We awarded them a certificate of participation in the class as each one shared.  We also presented them with a Thompson Chain Reference Bible so they have a good study book to help them create future messages.

ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့အပတ္က ဝတ္ျပဳကိုးကြယ္ျခင္းအစီစဥ္မွာအသင္းေတာ္အတြက္ဆုေတာင္းျခင္း၊ မိသားစုဝင္ဆံုးရႈံးတဲ့သူေတြအတြက္ဆုေတာင္းေပးျခင္း၊ ဇြန္လႏွင့္ ဇူလိုင္လဖြားေမြးေန႔ရွင္မ်ားအတြက္ ဆုေတာင္းေပးျခင္း စသည့္အစီစဥ္မ်ားႏွင့္ ထူးျမတ္တဲ့ေန႔ေလးျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
ေဒတနာေတာ္မွာေတာ့ BBS ေက်ာင္းသူမ်ားမွ သမၼာက်မ္းစာထဲမွ ဘုရားအသံုးျပဳတဲ့ လူေတြအေၾကာင္းႏွင့္ သူတို႔အသက္တာမွ သင္ခန္းစာမ်ားမ်ားကို ေက်ာင္းသူတစ္ဦးခ်င္းစီမွ ေဝငွခဲ့ပါတယ္။ တစ္ဦးခ်င္းစီရဲ့ ေဒသနာအၿပီးမွာ က်မ္းစာတစ္အုပ္စီႏွင့္အတူ certificateမ်ားခ်ီးျမင့္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။

 

This Sunday:  August 7th is the first Sunday of the month and we will be sharing communion together.  Also we will take a look at the five Bible persons from last week and see the importance of learning lessons from their lives to guide us in our lives today.
ၾသဂုတ္လ ၇ ရက္ေန႔ဟာဆိုရင္ လရဲ့ပထမအပတ္ ျဖစ္တဲ့အေလ်ာက္ ပြဲေတာ္မဂၤလာခံယူဖို႔ဖ၏ျဖစ္ပါမယ္။ ၿပီးေတာ့ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့အပတ္မွ လူပုဂၢဳိလ္ေတြရဲ့အသက္တာမွ သင္ခန္းစာမ်ားကို ျပန္လည္ၾကည့္ရႈၾကဖို႔ ျဖစ္ပါမယ္။

 
We are working to organize a nursery for the kids.  They need a place to run that is not in the service.  If you are willing to help please see Suan Suan.  We would like to start this week.

 
Looking Ahead:  Dr. Thuam Khai will be with us again in August.  Pastor Richard will be gone one or two Sundays in August to visit family.  Any ideas for something special for Labor Day weekend in September?
Dr. Thuam Khai လည္းကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ႏွင့္အတူ ဒီလထဲမွာလာေရာက္ပါဝင္နိုင္မွာျဖစ္တယ္။ Pastor Richard ကေတာ့ တစ္ပတ္စ၊ႏွစ္ပတ္ ေဆြမ်ိဳးမိသားစုကို အလည္အပတ္သြားေရာက္မွျဖစ္တယ္။
Labor Day weekend အတြက္ ထူးျခားတဲ့အစီစဥ္မ်ားရွိပါက တင္ျပေပးၾကဖို႔လည္း အသိေပးလိုပါတယ္။


 
Our leaders talked about inviting Madison folks for a service here.  We are suggesting August 28. 
 
Have you been baptized since you asked  Jesus to be your Savior?  If not talk to Pastor or other leader if you are interested in obeying the Lord Jesus in this.
                         
Prayer:  Noah, Genesis 6:9, walked with God when the whole world was ignoring God.  Have you ever known someone like that.  Someone who walked with God through difficult times when everyone else was ignoring God?  Pause right now and thank God for that person and the example he was to you.  Then ask God to make you just as faithful to Him.
